AlamKouh is a mountain of the Alborz Mountain Range in the north of Iran and the second highest peak in Iran. On this tour, you can have unforgettable 12 days in the two main mountains of Iran. It’s a great chance to climb the two highest mountains in Iran in one tour and enjoy their amazing nature of them. Damavand climbing and be on the first and second highest peak in Iran. Alamkuh’s height is 4850 m and you can see more than 20 peaks of more than 4400m height around Alamkud on the Damavand tour.

Arrival

Arrival at Tehran IKA International Airport, transfer to hotel.

Transfer To Tang-e Gelu

Transfer from Tehran to Vandarbon. Check-in and rest.

Lashgarak Summit Day

Transfer to Tang-e Gelu, trekking up to HesarChal, rest of the day for acclimatization

Hesar Chal Summit Day

Ascending to summit Lashgarak (4320 m), Acclimatization, and come back to camp.

Transfer To Roudbarak

Ascending to summit 4860m, return to HesarChal, trekking down to Tang-e-Gelu, drive to Vandarbon

Transfer To Nandal

Transfer from Vandarbon to Nandal villages and Jochar Base Camp altitude 2800 m in Northeastern face of Mt. Damavand. (5 hours drive), via Noshahr – Amol road, we have a stop for swimming and sightseeing in the Caspian Sea

Day 7

Ascend To Advanced Camp

Early morning wake-up, have breakfast, and start trekking up to Damavand Advanced Camp, transporting backpacks by mules)(4,350m); Welcome drink & snacks on arrival, relaxation, acclimatization & training on essential matters of the mountain, dinner and rest.

Acclimatization Day

Acclimatization day; packing backpacks for the next day. (Reserve day)

Damavand Summit

Waking up early morning, climbing (slowly & as a team), breakfast on the route, summit, a shortstop for visiting Damavand caldera, sulfur fumaroles, landscapes & taking photos, return to the Advanced Camp, relaxation, dinner, and rest.

Transfer To Tehran

Having breakfast, transporting backpacks by mules, trekking down to the trail start point, transfer to Damavand Mountain Eco Camp by pickups (mini truck), and driving to Tehran.

Tehran City Tour
